All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored securely. We never share or sell your data. You can delete your account and all associated data through your dashboard.

After your subscription expires, you have a 7-day grace period to export your data. After this period, all your contracts, reports, and analysis data are permanently deleted from our servers. This ensures your sensitive property information doesn't remain stored indefinitely.

Yes! You can export all your contracts and reports from Settings > Data & Export in your dashboard. This creates a ZIP file containing all your uploaded contracts, generated reports, and analysis data.

The market benchmarks shown in your report (e.g. "65% of contracts delete this clause") are derived from aggregate, de-identified analysis of contracts processed by ClauseKey. No individual contract, user, or property is identifiable in the benchmark data. Benchmarks reflect patterns we have observed and may not represent the broader NSW property market as a whole.
